The rate for your capacity band applies to every licensed seat. For 301–600 students, buy 400, 500 or 600 seats as needed. The same core features apply in every bracket.
Your annual core price is the programme fee plus purchased student capacity multiplied by the rate for that capacity band. Cloud has a ₹14,999 annual programme fee, plus ₹69 per licensed seat for 100–300 seats or ₹49 for 400–600 seats. Offline has an ₹8,999 annual programme fee, plus ₹39 or ₹29 for the same bands. Buy capacity in blocks of 100; the minimum order is 100 licensed seats. The band rate applies to every licensed seat, not only seats above 300. All amounts are in INR, per year, excluding applicable GST.
301 students require 400 licensed seats. Cloud costs ₹34,599 per year (₹14,999 programme fee + 400 × ₹49). Offline costs ₹20,599 per year (₹8,999 + 400 × ₹29). These totals exclude applicable GST and optional services. The lower total at the next bracket is part of the launch pricing. More than 600 students: contact our Sales team. The minimum School ERP order is 100 licensed seats.
Applicable GST is additional. Optional connected services, provider charges and approved additional work are itemised separately in your quote. ConnectX is included with an eligible ERP licence at no extra service subscription cost and requires Cloud connectivity. Offline devices, power, local networks and local backups remain the organisation’s responsibility. Eligible new annual Cloud purchases paid by 31 December 2026 include a standard domain and website for one year from activation, once per organisation. Sales confirms domain availability and website scope. Premium domains, custom work, additional services and later renewals are quoted separately. Offline purchases and ERP renewals do not repeat this offer.
The connected services on this page require an eligible Cloud programme. An Offline organisation can contact Sales for a paid migration to Cloud. Organisation ID verification returns only the organisation’s name and eligibility; Sales separately confirms ownership, scope and provider approvals before activation.
