Check prices and estimate your annual cost

The Pricing page publishes the annual School ERP prices for both deployments and has a calculator that works out your annual total from your student count. You do not need to fill in a form, verify an e-mail address or share any contact details to see a price. When you are ready, you book a demo or send a purchase request from the same page.

All prices are in rupees, per year, and exclude applicable GST. Sales confirms the final scope and price before you are asked to pay.

Before you start#

• Know roughly how many students you need to accommodate.
• Decide whether you prefer Cloud (hosted, opened in a browser and the apps) or Offline (installed on your own Windows computer). Offline needs Windows 10 (20H2 or newer) or Windows 11, 64-bit. Older computers can use School ERP Cloud in any modern browser or phone.
• There is no payment and no purchase commitment on this page.

How School ERP is priced#

Your annual core price is a programme fee plus your licensed seats multiplied by the rate for your capacity band.

• Seats are bought online in multiples of 100, from 100 to 600.
• Your student count is rounded up to the next block of 100. For example, 301 students need 400 seats.
• The band rate applies to every licensed seat, not only to the seats above 300.
• The same core School ERP features are included in every band.
• More than 600 students: contact our Sales team.

For example, a school with 301 students on Cloud pays ₹14,999 + 400 × ₹49 = ₹34,599 a year, before GST. On Offline the same school pays ₹8,999 + 400 × ₹29 = ₹20,599 a year, before GST.

Steps#

1. Open jpraxc.com/pricing (opens in a new tab), or select Pricing in the bar at the bottom of any page.
2. Under 01 / ERP SUITES, leave ERP suite on School ERP.
3. Choose the Deployment: Cloud or Offline. The prices on the three capacity cards change to match.
4. Read the cards: 100–300 STUDENTS, 301–600 STUDENTS and 601+ STUDENTS. Each card lists what the plan includes and an example annual total.
5. In Calculate your capacity., type your number in Students / seats needed.
6. Read your result. The calculator shows the deployment, the licensed seats and the annual total, for example Cloud · 400 licensed seats · ₹34,599 / year, with the programme fee and per-seat charge underneath.
7. To compare, switch the Deployment and read the new total.
8. Under 03 / PRICING EXPLAINED, the School ERP pricing at a glance. table shows every rate for both deployments side by side, and the questions below it answer the common pricing questions.

Next steps#

Good to know#

• The calculator figure is the annual core price before GST. Optional connected services, provider charges and any approved additional work are itemised separately in your quote.
• If a launch offer is running, it is described on the page under the calculator, with its conditions.
• 02 / CONNECTED EXPERIENCES lists the optional services, such as JPRAXC Business E-mail, WhatsApp API, SMS and payment gateways. They are quoted by Sales. ConnectX is included with an eligible ERP licence.
• Hospital ERP, Billing & GST ERP and Business ERP show Coming soon. when you choose them under ERP suite. Select Discuss your requirements to talk to Sales about them.
• Support is by e-mail at any time, and by phone and chat Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST, except Sundays and Central Government holidays.
